2018 ParoleZoom All Rights Reserved

Parole Zoom is a post-conviction consulting firm that focuses on the right strategies and remedies necessary to bring our clients home as quickly as possible.

With the guilt and innocence phase of the judicial process behind them, a family needs to dedicate their efforts on getting their loved one home via a post-conviction remedy as soon as possible. One more day in prison is one day too many.

People in prison are not living; they are struggling day to day just to be surviving. The majority of inmates in prison are not getting the medical and mental health care they need, and Parole Zoom will do everything possible to get them released.

We are NOT a parole packet company.

A client needs to be fully prepared for their parole review and understanding all the necessary steps leading up to the review is the difference between being granted or denied parole. Parole Zoom offers three unique programs, 1. Parole Review Program for those up for a parole review; 2. Special Review Program for those just denied parole and want to appeal; and our 3. Reduction of Sentence Program for those seeking a reduction in their sentences. We place each of our clients in the best position to be granted parole or have their sentence reduced. At Parole Zoom, we will make sure all your documents are delivered to your Unit Parole Officer, Regional Parole Board, AND State Parole Office.

We cover ALL of your bases.

Parole Zoom have professionals on its staff that have been in the system. They have personally completed courses required for respective Individual Treatment Plans such as Cognitive Intervention and Voyager as well as classes that the Parole Boards find instrumental like Bridges to Life. With this direct experience, our professionals are in a unique position to prepare the necessary documents and speak about each course in ways that will help our clients prove that they are fully rehabilitated and ready for parole.

At Parole Zoom, we don't like to lose, and we will do everything to get your loved one home. One more day in prison is one day too many.

The professionals at Parole Zoom will be there for you every step along the way until we get your loved one home.

What Our Clients Are Saying About the Parole Review Program

"I had previously hired a parole lawyer and never knew what she was doing or if she even met with anyone during my review. I hired Parole Zoom and they did everything for me and I just received my FI-5. I highly recommend them."

---J. Perea

"The amount of work and the detail in their work is remarkable, especially for the price they charge."

---H. Cisneros

"The team at Parole Zoom has worked on my case for the past four months. They have done more in those months than the previous two parole lawyers I hired ever did combined and at one-third the cost."

---R. Turner

"Don't waste your money with anyone else. If Parole Zoom cannot get you out, then you were never going to get out."

---D. Martinez

Requesting a Special Review requires reaching out to third parties to meet the criteria to qualify for a Special Review.  This process typically takes between 4-6 months to complete.  Our professionals know what it is like to be denied parole and receive a set-off.  Let Parole Zoom fight to return your file to the review process and be one step closer to reuniting with your family.

Parole Zoom's Special Review Program consists of four (4) steps that have been created to develop the most comprehensive but yet concise presentation possible for the Candidate.  This presentation is sent to the assigned member of the parole board in Huntsville for such member to approve or deny such request.  In Texas, the Administrative Code stipulates specific conditions in which such request can be approved.  Parole Zoom, via its four-step program, will do everything necessary to fulfill these criteria. We make sure all four (4) Steps are completed and will make sure all your documents are delivered to your Unit Parole Officer, Regional Parole Board, AND State Parole Office.

Our team of former lawyers, licensed professional counselors, licensed social workers, and former offenders have the academic, practical, and first-hand knowledge to provide the best presentation possible to the Parole Board on your behalf.  We understand what it is like to be denied parole and to have been set-off.  There is no worse experience than having to explain to your family that you are not coming home.  The system is broken, and it is not fair.  On top of this, you realize that your parole lawyer didn’t introduce all of your file or evidence and this infuriates you even more.  We understand, we have been there, and you are not alone.

Just like our Parole Review Program, we cover ALL of your bases with our Special Review Program.

What Our Clients Are Saying About the Special Review Program

"The professionals at Parole Zoom carefully explained every step to my family and me, and have handled everything regarding my special review. Unlike parole lawyers I had hired before, these guys answer me immediately and do incredible professional work. "

---J. Sanchez

"I was recommended to Parole Zoom after I was set off and I have been so impressed with the level of detail and amount of work they do. Their team is amazing."

---L. Smith

"I recently received a two-year set-off and was devasted. Parole Zoom sat down with my family and explained to them the various ways that a special review could be granted. They are very professional and treat us like we are all part of a family.

---V. Pineda

Our Reduction of Sentence Program consists of five (5) steps that have been created to develop the most comprehensive and exhaustive program possible to present a successful Application for a Commutation.  Our team which consists of former lawyers, as well as licensed professional counselors, licensed social workers, and former offenders, have created this Program to parallel that of the typical process of preparing for trial.  This Commutation Presentation offers the Parole Board and ultimately the Governor, the most convincing information and documents needed to attain a favorable recommendation from all parties.

So many Candidates spend their time and scarce resources on a “Writs of Habeas Corpus (11.07s)” or later in federal court with “2254s” but the chance of getting such remedies granted is literally 1-2%.  Not to mention that attorney fees are astronomical and this process seldom takes less than a year even to get a response.  The only people that win anything in these remedies are the lawyers.  It is time to take your destiny into your own hands, or someone else will.

Parole Zoom estimates anywhere from 6-8 months to complete our Reduction of Sentence Program but can be sped up depending on a series of factors including constant interaction by the Candidate and his/her Representative, as well as the cooperation by the victim(s) representatives and trial officials.

Just like our Parole Review and Special Review Programs, we cover ALL of your bases with our Reduction of Sentence Program.

What Our Clients Are Saying About the Reduction in Sentence Program

"After close to ten years in prison, I didn't think I had any options left. Parole Zoom has been there for me every step of the way, and always responds to my family and me immediately."

---S. Harland

"No one has EVER been this compassionate and nonjudgemental in helping me pursue help in my case. Parole Zoom is worth every penny."

--G. Edwards

Along with former lawyers and social workers, Parole Zoom has professionals on their team that have been through the system.  They understand how unfair the process can be and that inspires us as a firm to fight for each of our clients and do everything we can to get them released or reduce their sentence.

Post-conviction remedies such as Writs of Habeas Corpus, 11.07s, and 2254s are difficult to prevail at and attorneys charge so much for a remedy that even they know is a losing battle.  We understand the financial limitations that most of our clients have which is why we started this firm.

You don't need a parole lawyer, you just need someone that cares!

At Parole Zoom, we know that every day and every life matters.  Choose the service that applies to you and join our family TODAY!
